On February 12, 2026, the General Meeting of the Association was organized in online format to discuss issues of updating the state educational standards and curricula of medical colleges in accordance with the legal acts adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The General Assembly discussed the re-development of curricula for medical specialties, bringing them into line with modern requirements and gradual integration into the educational process.
Participants received feedback and comments from experts on the progress of the updated curriculum. They also discussed organizational work to prepare for the approval of educational materials. In addition, discussions were held on improving the quality of education in medical colleges, improving the teaching process, and discussing the Association's plans for the future.
Principals, vice-principals and relevant officials of medical colleges from all over the country actively participated in the conference, expressed their willingness to jointly solve current issues in the field and proposed to organize a seminar.
